The Payment Terms

In DeepBlue's investment market, if an investor chooses to commit during the subscription phase, they must fulfill the payment obligation after the commitment, unless the project is closed due to reasons involving other roles in the project.

If the subscription phase of the project fails, all committed amounts will be fully refunded. In the event of a failure during the initial payment phase, all funds committed by the fulfilling user will be refunded. If the project fails during the final payment phase, the funds committed during that phase will be refunded to the fulfilling user.

Upon successful initial payment, investors will receive initial tokens and gain access to marketplace transactions. Investors holding initial payment tokens are responsible and obligated to complete subsequent payments.

Upon the completion of payments, investors will receive the final equity token, which grants dividend rights and governance privileges.
